Scale Biz is operated by Chaghlassian LLC («we», «us», or «our»), a company registered in Wyoming, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through scalebiz.am, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Account data: name, email address, and password (stored as a hashed credential). Organisation data: your company name, selected currency, and members you invite. Business data: product catalogue, purchase orders, invoices, cash-flow transactions, and sales reports you upload. Usage data: browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and error logs collected automatically to keep the service running.
We use the data you provide solely to deliver and improve Scale Biz. This includes displaying your analytics dashboards, sending transactional emails (invite links, password reset), enforcing subscription access, and diagnosing technical issues. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
Your data is stored in the European Union via Supabase (PostgreSQL database and authentication). The application is hosted on Vercel's edge network. Transactional emails are delivered via Resend. Payment processing (when applicable) is handled by Stripe. All processors are contractually bound to use your data only to provide their respective services to us.
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at support@scalebiz.am.
We use strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a locale preference cookie. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Scale Biz after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
