These Terms of Service govern your use of Scale Biz (scalebiz.am), operated by Chaghlassian LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Scale Biz is a cloud-based business analytics and management platform designed for sellers on the Wildberries marketplace. We provide tools for sales reporting, product management, invoicing, cash-flow tracking, and team collaboration.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Scale Biz operates on a subscription model with a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the platform; (b) upload malicious files or code; (c) use the service to infringe third-party intellectual property; (d) share your account credentials with users outside your organisation's subscription.
You retain ownership of all business data you upload or generate within Scale Biz. We do not claim any rights over your data. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scale Biz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Scale Biz after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
