Our story

We're WB sellers who got tired of Excel.

So we built the tool we always needed. Scale Biz started as a frustrated spreadsheet and became the platform you're looking at today.

The problem we lived

Years of selling on WB. Years of Excel hell.

We've been selling on Wildberries for years. Multiple stores, dozens of SKUs, supplier orders in CNY and USD, WB payouts in rubles, taxes calculated in Armenian dram. And for a long time, we managed it all in Excel.

Not one Excel file. Many. A file for sales. A file for COGs. A file that was supposed to connect the two but broke every time WB changed their report format. A file for ad spend that someone updated manually every Monday. A "master" file with 47 tabs, VLOOKUP chains three levels deep, and a note that said "DO NOT TOUCH THE YELLOW CELLS."

We had versions. Sales_March_v3.xlsx. Sales_March_v3_FINAL.xlsx. Sales_March_v3_FINAL_narek_edits.xlsx.Every week someone would open the wrong one and we'd spend an afternoon untangling it.

And even when everything worked — the formulas, the pivots, the careful manual entry — we still couldn't answer one simple question: is this product actually making money?

Because WB's own reports don't tell you. They give you gross sales. They give you a vague "deductions" line. They don't show you your logistics cost per unit, your storage fee per SKU, what your ads cost per order. And they certainly don't subtract your cost of goods and tell you your real margin.

The turning point

We almost shut down a product that was actually profitable.

One quarter, we looked at a product's WB sales summary, saw thin numbers, and were ready to pull it from the catalog. Before we did, we ran the actual math by hand — COGs from the supplier invoice, WB fee breakdown from the weekly report, logistics from the shipping data.

The product had a 27% net margin. We were about to kill our best performer because the summary numbers looked bad and we had no way to see the real picture quickly.

That was the moment we decided: we're building this ourselves.

What WB showed us

Gross sales₽480,000
Deductions−₽211,200
Net to bank₽268,800

"Thin margins. Maybe cut this one."

What Scale Biz shows

Gross sales₽480,000
↳ Commission 15%−₽72,000
↳ Logistics−₽96,000
↳ Storage−₽43,200
Cost of goods−$140,000
Net profit₽128,800 · 27%

"Best margin in the catalog. Scale it."

How we built it

Built by sellers, for sellers. Every feature exists because we needed it.

01

Auto-Sync first

The first thing we built was the WB API integration. If the data isn't live and automatic, nothing else matters. Manual export hell was where this whole problem started.

02

Real P&L

Then the profit waterfall. Every WB deduction on its own line. COGs entered once, applied automatically. The number you see is the number that actually matters.

03

Per-product clarity

Blended margins are useless. You need to know which SKU is worth scaling and which one is quietly losing money. So we built per-product profitability.

04

Armenian IE taxes

We're Armenian sellers. No existing tool handled our tax law or multi-currency situation. So we built it ourselves — turnover tax, income tax, AMD, all of it.

05

Alfred AI

Because sometimes you don't want to open a dashboard — you want to ask a question in Telegram at 11pm and get a real answer. Alfred is that answer.

06

Team access

WB businesses grow. You hire an assistant, a manager, a bookkeeper. They all need different levels of access. We built roles from the start, not as an afterthought.

What we believe

A few principles we refuse to compromise on.

Real numbers only.

We will never show you a metric that flatters you. If a product is losing money, Scale Biz says so. If an ad campaign is burning cash after COGs, you'll see it. We built this for ourselves first — we needed the truth, not a good-looking dashboard.

Your data, automatically.

You shouldn't have to touch a CSV or run an export. The WB API exists. We use it. Your sales, fees, stock, ads data syncs automatically, so the numbers are always current when you need them.

One price. Everything included.

We hate SaaS tools that charge extra for analytics, or put advanced features behind a higher tier. $18.99/month. Everything. Alfred AI credits included. We only win when your business grows — that's the only incentive we want.

Armenian sellers deserve great tools too.

Every WB analytics tool is built for Russian sellers. Armenian IEs have different tax law, different currencies, a different reality. Scale Biz is the only platform that handles this properly — because we live this reality.

Chaghlassian LLC

Scale Biz is operated by Chaghlassian LLC, incorporated in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. We keep things lean and focused: a small team that sells on WB, builds software, and believes those two things make each other better.

We're not a VC-backed startup with hockey-stick pressure. We grow when our customers grow. That's the only metric we track for ourselves.
